GCG Member Noah Tweets Offer For Gutter Lab Assets. GCG's Dan Says, "Relax." Here's What We Know:
The Gutter Cat Gang is purring this evening after Gutter KingPin Noah, who famously bought Gutter Dan's Black Tat Cat last year, announced that he made an offer to purchase Gutter Lab's assets.
Earlier this morning, Noah (@mauloadream) tweeted, "GM. Time to make my intentions public. I’ve made an offer to acquire the Gutter Lab assets. I would inject $500K of my personal capital into the new LLC. I’ve spent the last month building a team around my vision, I’m ready to go to work."
Noah's 16 Tweet thread offers an explanation for his offer, ideas that he's considering to ignite opportunities for the community, and a bit about his own professional and personal background.
As the Gutter Cat Times reported earlier, Noah joined the Gang around August, 2022. He saw the art on Twitter, and fell in love with the community and IP. "I bought Gutter Dan’s Black Tat Cat, and its been my PFP since," he explained.
A Kingpin, and #58 on the Gutterboard, Noah has 6 Cats, 11 Rats, 9 Pigeons, 12 Dogs, 42 D1 Clones, and 48 D2 Clones.
In today's thread, Noah shared initial ideas for "growing this community and the audience outside of the NFT space," beginning with "giving us hope," and providing communication.
He highlighted the community's firepower: "The Gutter is full of ambition and talent. I'm going to tap into it. Build the strongest creator community in the space."
Noah added, "I believe IP & licensing is the ultimate play. Including artists, holders, content creators, musicians, etc in all partnerships."
Noah also pointed to other ways he envisions to reignite Gutter, including: "Grow Gutter Clubs...evolve the content..." and "physical collectibles to complement the digital collectibles."
He said, "Make the pfp great again!"
At the culmination of his thread, Noah said, "These are all ideas. No deal is in place or should any of this considered to be fact at this time. Aside for what I said about myself."
What he shared about himself included that he "was a key executive for a saas startup," and knows what it takes to innovate, build, and grow in a competitive space. He's "just a guy who likes to win," and is seeking the opportunity to do so with the Gutter.
The Gutter Cat Times reached out to Noah, Gutter Dan, and Gutter Ric for additional information, but didn't hear back by the time of publication.
However, just before going to press, Gutter Dan tweeted a picture of former Green Bay Packers' quarterback Aaron Rodgers, with the quote, "Five letters. R-E-L-A-X. Relax. We're going to be fine."
The Gutter Cat Times will continue to follow this story and bring updates to the Gang. Stay tuned to @guttercattimes on Twitter for all things Gutter, all the time.
