While a lot of eyes might be fixed on the grid iron and upcoming Super Bowl, the Gutter is gearing up for the court, launching a new Gutter Basketball Club in its Discord Channel!
Gutter Cat Gang member Cat3000 (@BomfunkEth) is suiting up in the role of Club Director, and getting this club up and running in time for March Madness and more!
Recently, Lolli posted an update in GCGs Discord, sharing: "Today we introduce a new club with an new Gutter Club Director: Gutter Basketball let by @Cat3000. New and existing clubs are available for holders to join by clicking the associated emoji in ' clubs sign up.' "

The Gutter Cat Times reached out to Cat3000 to find out more about his time in the Gutter and the new basketball club Discord channel!
He said, "I joined the Gang on Aug 2, 2021. The biggest influence on me at that time was Jonah Bolden (ex NBA player), since he was a holder."
Cat3000 told the GCT, "The plan is to be a hub for Gutter or anyone to talk about basketball -- any basketball. This is a place where we can share ideas, friendly banter, and break down trades in the NBA. All are welcome via the Gutter Clubs Sign up channel in the Discord. Plus, we set up a basketball bot in the channel too, so you can easily check scores, stats and more!"
Cat3000 shared that the club came about about during a Kingpin call when Noah asked if there were any club ideas we'd like to implement. I remember piping up and saying 'It would be a crime to not have a basketball club considering all the basketball traits across the ecosystem,' so it was a case of being in the right place at the right time!"
He added that if anyone's interested in sharing ownership of the channel they can contact him or Lolli: "It would be great to have 2 or 3 people as Gutter Basketball club directors, so we can work on ideas for the club moving forward!"
